Love Lonely Planet guides but… Although this book has everything you need to know, due to the fact that Cuba has a dual currency (Pesos for locals and Convertible Pesos for tourists) they can charge whatever they want. This means that the prices within the book are already out of date as they have almost doubled (which has made Cuba a very VERY expensive destination). Also all the attractions that the book mentioned (museums etc.) are mainly empty spaces with some pictures on the walls. So I am not sure why LP are…

Comprehensive, well written and easy to use This book is absolutely fantastic. You could easily travel to Cuba with no prior research, and using only this book you would be fine. The guide is set out in a logical order and it is easy to find what you’re looking for. The maps are especially useful as are the recommended Casas. The only fault is that a few of the phone numbers were incorrect and didnt work.Still a fantastic guide book which I used everyday on my trip
