Lots of detail in a small story I picked this up as I have read all of Andy Weirâs books but I didnât read any other books from the Forward Collection. I loved The Martian but his books since have been disappointing.This book is short and really heavy on the detail. There is a lot of geeky science talk about quantum computing and pseudorandom number generation and entangled qbits and how that would affect the massive Las Vegas gambling industry. Good start but don’t expect a full on story. A good start for a story…just felt a little short changed as I’d hoped the story would develop a little further and I pretty much guessed where it was headed.
Enjoyable, quick read Easy to read short story about the future of computer tech and how every day life may be affected by it. Recommend for the price.
