A good read but to much religion I have read a lot of books about the Camino. This is a well written and very interesting account of a pilgrimage to Santiago. The author comes across as a very likeable and kind person whose description of the people he meets and places he encounters is spot on. He is very sympathetic, amusing and thoughtful. The only thing that I found difficult about this book was that there is a lot of religious content – Christian philosophy, religious discussion and a certain amount of preaching to the…
