focus on case studies with not enough exercises and assignments This textbook was very dissapointing. I was looking forward to the books release. Lots of case studies provided but why no questions to answer for the case studies. This would have greatly enhanced the learning. There are exercises and activities, but not enough in my opinion. However, the text is comprehensive and no doubt helpful to students.

Absolutely terrible. How can you publish an exam book without … Absolutely terrible. How can you publish an exam book without any answers to the exercises in the book? Not one single answer to any of the activities or examination questions.
