If you love Dishoom you will love this book! Love Dishoom and absolutely adore this cookbook. It is so beautiful (with the hoped for fantastic recipes) that I have purchased a second one. One will be a working copy that will no doubt get covered in spices and the second will be a reading and indulging in copy.
Simply Magical Just received my cookbook today and I am so excited to start cooking from it. What makes this book even more special are the origin stories , where each dish came from and how it became famous . Theres a section about the different new spices , aswell as Spice mixes aswell . Im so in love , thank you Dishoom for sharing these recipes and magical stories with us.
