IRA did not assassinate Lord Diplock Not a review at this stage just a concern for the facts. It refers to Lord Diplock, who introduced Diplock courts in the North of Ireland in the early 70s. Rigorous and revelatory investigative journalism, it shines a much-needed light on war crimes committed by Britainâs âprivate armyâ from Sri Lanka to Oman.
