Worthy of ten stars! This is a fantastic book, and I can’t praise it enough. It’s big and heavy (208 pages), and packed with photographs, maps, colourful illustrations, key facts, and easy to understand text. Excellent book, detailed, superb illustrations and lots AND LOTS of information! I was really impressed by this book – a book size, over 200 pages of information:- is split amongst key “ages” – Ancient World, Medieval World, Age of Exploration, Age of Revolution and Modern World- each section covers a significant amount of detail for key events at that time- admittedly I did find it was a tiny bit biased towards the USA but it still does a good job of being quite balanced- covers key historical events around the world (I haven’t checked everything…
