Good as a guide Good as a guide, but the level of tips they suggest is waaay off the mark, I’m not sure anyone has visited recently, where they suggest a couple of DRM for minor things, minimum that was asked for during my trip was 20 DRM and that was for walking in front of me ‘guiding’ for 5 mins, which we hadn’t even asked for. It’s a great place, but the local street workers will try to bleed you at every turn, and this book doesn’t really make that clear. Also watch for ‘Mr taxi Pimp’… walk away from…

Handy Little Guide This did come in useful for Marrakech and gave an outline for things to do. It was nothing special and a lot of the content is out of date. My suggestion is to look for more recent travel guidebooks and hire an actual travel guide, especially for Marrakech. You will be glad you did.

Would buy these for most places I visit A brilliant pocket guide that I used whilst travelling here for 5 days. Went to so many of their recommendations both for food/drink and sightseeing, all were great places to visit. Its a good size for talking out in the day. Handy easy to read advice and the maps were very useful in a busy city. Would be great to include a little more history / information about the different places (but I guess that would also make it a bigger book?!).
