Fantastic book to read Wow, I couldn’t put my kindle down reading my very Italian Holiday, absolutely great book to read, I would definitely recommend this book to all of my friends & family, would love to read a second book about Gina & Fabio & there families , Keep on writing your lovely books Sue Roberts, would love to hear more ð·ð·
Where was Italy? I got 15% through and gave up! It was set in the English Lake District and the Lead character went on and on and ON about her dead husband, Adam . A bit sad but as his character was drawn so sparingly, I felt no empathy. So it just got boring.In fact – No sign of Italy. No Romance. No Comedy. I think I was sent the wrong book.
A very enjoyable and engrossing read. It has an involving narrative which keeps you interested as the story unfolds. The descriptions of food preparation are well observed and provide more stimulation to the senses. I felt empathy with the characters and wanted things to turn out well for them. It is an ideal story for relaxing with.
