Fabulous read Foxrock Dublin. Detective garda sergeant Mike West with garda Peter Andrews are on a call out from a family panicking.the house is amazing. The body of deceased Gerard Roberts after been poisoned by cyanide. Adel Johnson volunteer for OFFER is already comforting the family. Another cracking read This landed on my Kindle this morning and I got stuck right in. I love the character of Garda West. He resonates where other alcoholic, depressive cop don’t. This story continues the back story with Edel and the feisty relationship again strikes a cord. I finished in one sitting. Now, all I want to know is when the next one is out!

Very clever plot and exciting story This is the second book in the series and we find Garda West meeting up unexpectedly with Edel Johnson again in a situation where a support group is being used by the police to help out victims when the Gardai resources are stretched. There are a series of misdemeanours which occur however until a man dies, nothing else is done about them as no-one is actually hurt and nothing has been stolen.
